Toyota enters the all-electric vehicle (EV) market with the Toyota bZ4X, a small crossover SUV built on the company's new EV architecture. A single electric motor powers the front-wheel-drive version, giving it 201 horsepower and supplying up to 252 miles of driving range. The dual-motor bZ4X with all-wheel drive is good for 215 horsepower and a range of up to 228 miles. Curiously, there is no glove compartment or front trunk (the latter a popular feature on EVs), but the Toyota bZ4X features plenty of infotainment and safety technology as standard equipment.
