The Dodge Caliber is a four-door hatchback with a four-cylinder engine and front-wheel drive. It went on sale in 2006 as a 2007 model-year vehicle. With chunky styling, a tall-riding stance, and plenty of utility, the Caliber might qualify for the crossover label, although it doesn't focus on off-road prowess. Instead of pursuing something more rugged, Dodge rolled out a performance-tuned Caliber SRT-4 with turbocharging, a hood scoop, a roof spoiler, large wheels and tires, and a body kit. Ultimately, the Caliber was discontinued after the 2012 model year.
