Upon entering the building not a single person even welcomed me, ok well, I then went in to check out the Explorer inside. 20 mins later still no one approached me or even said if they could help me. Edwin was straightforward, wasn't pulling all the cliche "car sales" gimmicks to pressure me into doing one thing or another.
