“I am very happy with my overall experience @ GW Trucks. Their open and honest posting of advertisements including the Car Fax that shows any past vehicle maintenance and damage history allowed me to find a SUV that I am very happy with. I first began working with Nas and I also had the pleasure of working with Austin while trying to pick out the right vehicle. I ended up purchasing an Audi Q7, which one of the managers had taken off premise for a road trip to an auto auction. Austin inquired to the vehicle’s whereabouts and about 20 minutes later the Q7 was on site. Austin was a huge fan of Audi’s and he took me on a test drive. I immediately knew this was my next vehicle. I checked all the available Q7 within a 100 mile radius and GW Truck’s price was on the lower (not the cheapest, but was competitive) end and the fees they charge on the closing documents are similar to most other dealers in the Jacksonville area. During the financing and paperwork phase, Kemal went above and beyond what I’ve normally experienced getting me the best possible deal with a very low interest rate and he helped me select the best possible extended warranty (which I was surprised the warranty didn’t cost very much). They gave me a very reasonable offer for my trade in as well. I was in and out of the finance phase within about an hour and on my way home. They have a great selection of vehicles and made me feel at home during the whole car shopping experience. Just be sure to check all details on the Car Fax and make sure you’re getting what you want. Some of the vehicles do have accident history, but they’re priced accordingly. I would not hesitate to make another visit in the future when I’m in the market for my next vehicle. This is my first Audi and as a former BMW owner I can say Audi makes great vehicles.”

“Do your research on the vehicle your looking at, and don't trust there mechanics or management. They'll sell you a lemon and not do anything for you. Just another slimy used car dealer in jax. They clear any codes on your vehicle and then act like it's your fault when they appear in less than 24 hours. I do not recommend, and would not refer anyone to shop here. I got the truck right at 113k miles. I will revise if they fix the issues I've communicated several time with the salesman and the service manager, Damir and Mike.”

“This is so sad but true, I just read the other comments below and it's a pattern that GW Trucking is a scam and is robbing their customers. We found a beautiful Black / Black Maserati online at a reasonable price, so I contacted them to ask questions about the car since I was in a different state, Both salesmen were "Smooth talkers" that assured us the vehicle was in great shape with no major problems. We paid them $700 to have the car delivered to Tennessee within 48 hours which was their 1st LIE because the car never made it because the driver's truck broke down in different state and “IF” we wanted to get the car we would have to drive over 2.5 hours at night and get it ourselves!!?? The alleged Sales Manager finally offered to reimburse us $500 of the $700 towing fee for our trouble which took several days, phone calls, and text messages before we received our partial payment! The other lies involved the poor condition of the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle and once we drove to pick up the car in another state we saw the tires was bad and water in trunk and by the time we was looking over the car the guy who was to deliver the car sped off because I was going to tell him take it back. But to be lied to about the shape of the car just to get our money this is bad business and truly unprofessional customer service. Two local mechanics discovered we are in need of 4 new tires Alignment Oil change Wipers Faulty sunroof rails Rotors are worn and not to mention Water damage / mold in trunk! In the beginning we liked both salesmen until we had to discover they were "SMOOTH TALKING Conmen"! If you live outside of Florida, I beg you "DO NOT Fall for their deception and lack of honesty!" What they failed to learn is how you treat people is important because you may be hosting angels that’s placed into their lives to test them. My husband is an Ordained Pastor / servant of the Lord Jesus Christ and "What they did to 1 of His people is the same as doing that to Him". We have forgiven both of them knowing the lord will handle this. Beware of GW Trucking in Florida, we hope they do the right thing soon. But I doubt it!!”

“Well, let me start by saying that the car buying experience is not my favorite! Being charged by many salesman lining up to sell you what you don’t want; and then being told all the negatives about the very car you do want all because of the low sales price! This was not my experience with GW. We were greeted by a young man who explained to us that they have cars inside and then a secondary lot outside to feel free looking around and he would send someone out. We were able to walk comfortably through the lot without 10 people charging us to make a sale! We were then greeted by Alex who asked us what we were looking for and showed us the cars he had in our range! Long story short we left with an Audi S8 with no added pressure. This was the most pleasant car buying experience and we appreciate it. Thank you to all that helped us; we are very happy with our purchase and the easy process they provided. Alex and Branden were amazing! I recommend anyone looking for a car to visit GW. You will be glad you did!”
