“First car buying experience was great and their financing was a good deal. My sales guy was Larry Lucas who was laidback and nice. He let me know to please contact him if anything went wrong after the sale which I really appreciated. I went a total of two times. Once to browse the lot at our leisure because even tho it looks great online some cars had visible damage to rims etc. I got pre-approved online so I knew how much everything would be. Second visit where I took a test drive and actually bought the car only took two hours. Highly recommend appointment system sometimes they get really busy. Overall was very convenient!”

He had no issue accommodating my (mostly nocturnal) work schedule and was always a phone call or text message away. “Just bought a car there today. What an awesome experience. I’d picked out the car in advance, scheduled a test drive, and had filled out most of the loan paperwork beforehand. I arrived and it was maybe 10 minutes max and I was test driving the car. They gave me 20 minutes, which was plenty of time to drive it around and ensure it was a good fit for me. Again, no pressure at all, no one talking in my ear as I drove - I was able to listen to the car, how it performed, and again pay attention to my comfort level in the vehicle. Upon my return and assertion I definitely wanted to proceed, my guide/salesman throughout the process (shout-out to Johann!) quickly got all my paperwork together, got me through the e-sign process, and the steps to trade in my vehicle.
