“A strange set of events set me on the path of purchasing a truck this week. After speaking with some peers, I was pointed towards Bill Kay. I found the truck I was interested in fairly quick on their site. The following evening I stopped by after work to check it out. Despite this being close to closing time the sales rep and sales manager Daniel were very accommodating. We took it for a test drive and were able to talk some numbers. “Our sales person was either inexperienced or untrained fully. He had very little knowledge of a used car that’s been on the lot for a while. My daughter and I had sat down in the negotiation process and explaining that my daughter was going to be the primary owner of the car. I asked for an out the door price given she has a budget she can afford. Without asking or saying anything, our sales person began asking my daughter questions. I stopped him and questioned why he was asking her questions for a credit application when we don’t have a price. I will say the sales manager was able to make the price very reasonable for my daughter.”
